These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Life Designer GOAL website and any purchases made through it. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products and Pricing

All product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible. Prices are displayed in Euros. We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Shipping costs are displayed separately at checkout.

3. Ordering and Payment

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. We will confirm your order via email. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase through our accepted payment methods.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship across the EU. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs processing.

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing at lifedesignergoal@gvantsa.com. The product must be returned in its original condition, unused and undamaged. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

6. Liability and Legal Guarantee

We are liable for defective products in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, designs, logos, and the GOAL framework, is protected by copyright and intellectual property law. Reproduction or distribution without written permission is prohibited.

8. Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Estonia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence.
